according to google translate this russian message says: 
"Erstens, hallo! Newsletter funktioniert, warum nicht?"

judging from the urls in the footer 
i´d rather consider it (clever?) spam. 

the mailadress it came from just subscribed to the list one minute before posting
which granted it allowance to post to the list... 

if this is a new (?) way to get "into" mailman-lists
it surprises me that this (or other mailadresses) did NOT  subscribe to any other list on my server. 

but if there ´s no arguments against it - or a direct response by "Lilia Bakova"  
i would unsubscribe and block the sender by tomorrow morning.
